Can We Skip This Part?

I like my job. For the most part. There are of course some a lot things that I don't care for. Regardless, I still like my job the majority of the time.

After much avoiding, being in the right place at the right time, dumping the responsibility on other people, and many other things.....After almost a whole year....I finally had to fire someone.
